  1. Why did you choose to enter the real estate industry?

At the beginning of my real estate journey, I chose to set foot in this industry to generate extra income and at the same time provide my family with a much comfortable life than what we previously were. Besides that, it’s one of the platforms to have a Financial Freedom lifestyle with a flexible schedule and the happiness of helping Families to own their dream home.

  1. What are the entry standard for entering this industry?

That is the beauty of this industry. It does not hold any special requirement or differentiate you based on anything. As long as you are willing to learn, strong will, diligent, full with positivity and have big dreams, you are most welcome and most likely to succeed in this industry. Study and know more about the current market. Attend more training, get personal coaching from your leader and learn about social medias branding and promoting.

  1. What qualities do you think a real estate agent should possess to succeed in this industry?

Good work etiquettes and presentable are few of qualities needed besides others that I’ve mentioned previously for you to be successful. You should not only focus to pursue profits. Helping others should be your mission. Profit will come along. That’s for sure. Not to worry. With a clear vision and mindset, it will surely lead you to help more families to own their dream home.

  1. How did you stand out in the industry and make customers to choose you?

Instead of being a real estate negotiator (REN), I try to become the client’s friend. We are all comfortable with our friends, right? I would like my client to feel the same way. I would like them to feel comfortable around me. Always made a good impression to client. Adding value to your service, develop the relationship between yourself and clients and never do hard selling. Create your own branding and provide the best service.

  1. In your personal sales career, what has left you with impressive memories?

My very first transaction brings back one of the best memories. Started with fresh zero experience, every single process was very new. I’ve learnt a lot from my leader, handling both seller and buyer with some happy, perhaps some difficult moment throughout the whole process. Finally, when it’s time for the buyer to receive the house key, looking at those happy faces, it turns out to be beautiful unforgettable moment.

 

  1. Who do you want to thank the most?

First of all, all praise to Allah the Almighty for giving me the opportunity to be in this industry and surrounded by impressive people. I would like to thank family for their everlasting guidance that brought me here today. I would like to thank to MFZA, who always be on my side in better and worst, who pick me up when I’m down. And also raised me up. To my Principle Sr. Firdaus Musa and Agency for the great platform helping me grow my career success and professional life. And to my Head Real Estate Agency & Leader Puan Noorisma Roslan for ur guidance, constant support. I truly appreciated for what you have done to me for making who I am today. And to my FARE STAR Leaders, Haris Hans, Khairul Amadi, Nur Alia, Julisyazwani, Fareed Roslee, Aisyah Mohd Sukor, Aziah Hamid, Ahmad Zulhilmi I love you guys!   1. How do you lead the team and make it easier for team members to succeed in this industry?

Having an organized and efficient system in Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals is an advantage as a leader to guide new members. We’re also well-equipped with training programs to prepare the newly joined members with all the knowledge and work etiquette to better serve the client needs. Weekly activity will be conducted by leader to bring the group closer and indirectly nurture the teamwork and cooperation among the members.

  1. How should a new real estate agent choose a real estate agency?

Choose an Established Real Estate Agency and a good Leader. I prefer an agency where I can perform from zero to hero. Where I can grow personally, professionally and financially etc. Create more successful young agents. Honestly, Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals offers all of that to the newcomer and existing member.

  1. Technology is changing the world, what real estate agent should do?

Must try to acquire and possess skill in Information Technology (I.T) especially now we are towards the online closing and virtual viewing. Must use all the social media such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Tik Tok and many more social mediums as tools to success.

  1. What are your personal plans for the future?

To be well known Real Estate Agent and to help more people to achieve their dreams. I want to become a successful leader that can leads many others to success.

  1. Are there any problems in this industry that you feel obligated to let the public or those who want to enter this industry need to pay attention?

It’s an independent environment. Thus, training is provided, as individual you must be brave to explore all the new experience in property. Learn more, dreams more and achieve more. Always show your kindness and caring for the society because society is your client too.
