在KC的领导下,VANTAGE从最初不到10人团队发展到如今接近40人的规模。他面临着诸多挑战,包括管理、市场营销和企业整体战略。作为行业的新秀,KC选择通过拍摄视频、打造个人IP等现代营销手段,将品牌与更多消费者连接起来。他积极参与展会,并在短短三年内为公司赢得了广泛的市场认可。他坦言,整个过程中最具挑战的部分在于如何进行有效的变革,从生产工艺的改进到部门运作的优化,每一步都需要细心规划和稳步执行。
KC强调,一间比较有竞争力的企业是离不开持续的产品研发和市场洞察。他认为,新一代的接班人需要保持坚韧的意志和坚定的初心,面对质疑和挑战时,勇敢走出自己的道路。如想做出不一样的成绩,必须敢于打破常规。
