- Why did you choose to enter the real estate industry?
An exciting perk working in real estate is being able to determine my own schedule and earn relatively high income as there is no cap to my earning potential. The promise of ‘unlimited earnings’ for real estate industry often gives me and my team the drive to sell, even in a sinking economy because we have the tools needed to sell homes to qualified buyers (The real estate market never dies). It is always a great satisfaction to view incredible homes with breathtaking views, superb architecture and exclusive locations.
- What are the entry standard for entering this industry?
Unlike many professions, the barrier to entry to real estate is low, and potential for growth is high. It takes a certain type of person to be good at selling real estate, but if you’re a quick learner and are willing to learn different techniques, accomplishing the requirements needed shouldn’t be difficult.
- What qualities do you think a real estate agent should possess to succeed in this industry?
A good realtors must be driven from within by a cause, a passion or a purpose that involves serving people. To me, this intrinsic characteristic is the foundation upon everything else is built. It’s important to show your real personality and people will respond to you if you have a great attitude, competency, honesty, integrity, responsiveness, transparency and have confidence in your abilities.
- How did you stand out in the industry and make customers to choose you?
With Hartamas Real Estate, I will be able to create a unique brand identity that resonates with homebuyers and sellers. It’s about showcasing my expertise, consistently delivering distinguish value to the community and being known as an expert in the type of work I enjoy. This is what sets me apart from other real estate agents, this along with effective marketing that allows me stand out more than ever before!
- In your personal sales career, what has left you with impressive memories?
I am an industry expert in this field for the last 11 years. Despite a significant outbreak and MCO enacted since March 2020, we’ve had remarkable success at closing over 300 units of our designated project within the first 3 months. Thanks to my company’s cutting-edge technology which has allowed me personally enjoy educating buyers through virtual means.
- Who do you want to thank the most?
First & foremost, I would like to express my special appreciation and thanks to Mr. Eric Lim for your vision, your extraordinary ability and leadership to guide us at all times. It feels amazing to work in such a positive environment where everyone’s opinion matters. Thank you for such a brilliant opportunity and for being an inspiration to us. It has also been a great pleasure and honour to have Desmond Tho for his invaluable advice, patience and most importantly encouraged us in all the time of our research and daily life. Special thanks to our valued clients, developers, networking partners, and management teams on the continuous support and trust placed on me.
- How do you lead the team and make it easier for team members to succeed in this industry?
I always dedicate to certain principles which guides my team toward success in all the necessary ways.

- How should a new real estate agent choose a real estate agency?

A decade ago, no one anticipated how quickly technology would start shaping our society in every way possible. With that in mind, Hartamas Real Estate has designed H-GEN system & Propbank apps in a manner that makes the real estate business process smooth with minimal efforts of the agents. These system and apps are able to help agents find the perfect match for their client’s property needs that will grow their business to the next level.
- What are your personal plans for the future?
I’m set on a path to empower my community by providing the best services possible. With dedication and an eye for detail, I’ll be able to successfully complete any task given with ease, all while staying true to myself.
I’m currently pursuing my personal goal of becoming a Registered Estate Agent (REA) in Malaysia. At this point of time, I have completed Estate Agency practice recognized by Board Of Valuers Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Malaysia’s (BOVAEP) certification program. Coupled with dedicated experience and knowledge as well as enthusiasm for what I do, I believe that anybody can count on me when it comes down making important decisions about their real estate needs.
- Are there any problems in this industry that you feel obligated to let the public or those who want to enter this industry need to pay attention?
To be exceptional at any profession, you cannot do something half way in or as a part timer. This profession is a commitment. To be the top realtors and truly help people, I want to give the entirety of myself to make sure I help people the best way I can. Although the bar is low to enter this profession, to be the best, you have to learn from the best, which is why I love working with Hartamas Real Estate Group. If you have been around the team, you’ll understand why the team is successful as they are. It takes constant time and effort to master the craft, and I am fortunate to learn from the masters.
