Ho Yong Yi（小乐）出生于柔佛的一个小渔村龟咯岛，但她用实际行动和自身故事说明，从小地方出来不重要，重要的是有打拼改变命运的决心。
自2019年加入DMS Branding Sdn Bhd，她凭着不懈的努力以及对金融交易超人的敏感和理解，为客户提供全方位的金融交易知识与策略，帮助他们解决交易过程中的各种问题。在她的领导下，成功帮助超过500位客户获得丰厚的回报，同时创造超过20位青年在金融领域创业，实现长期月均过万的收入，是青年领袖中的佼佼者，与诸多青年想要跟随的年轻企业家。
出身于一个的渔村的她，家庭并不富裕。甚至知识与专业的力量，能够改变人生，因此在读书生涯过程中，她努力勤奋地考上了政府大学，并获得了优秀的第一等级成绩毕业。在学业出色之余，她也很积极为自己的未来寻找机会，并幸运地遇上了拥有完善系统和资源的DMS平台，使她能够从零开始，迅速掌握基础并开始自己的创业之路。
入行初期的她坦言，当时面临许多挑战，在一个全新的领域学习，就好像重新读大学一样，面对陌生的金融术语和团队管理难题，让她一度心生怀疑自己是否能够做好。但她不畏困难，勇往直前，克服重重困难，并成功经历和总结出自己的一套成功方程式，以此帮助自己和更多人取得了成功。
她表示，自己非常欣慰能够在帮助自己的同时，帮助无数和自己当时一样的青年，更早的成为家庭的顶梁柱。展望未来，小乐表示将会在2025年将团队人数扩张超过千人，影响更多青年，为青年提供看似难懂却有方法的真实市场知识，化解金融行业的误解，让更多人认清市场真相，获得真正的收益。她坚信，真诚待人、认真对待客户是维持长久合作的基石。
Ho Yong Yi (Xiao Le) was born in a small fishing village on Kukup Island, Johor. Coming from a humble background, Xiao Le believed in the transformative power of knowledge to change lives. She graduated with First-Class Honors from a government university and actively sought opportunities to secure her future. Finding the right platform with DMS allowed her to start her entrepreneurial journey from scratch, quickly mastering the fundamentals and building a successful career.
Despite facing many challenges in a new field and initially doubting her abilities, she persevered, developed her own successful formula, and shared it with others to help them succeed as well.
Looking ahead, Xiao Le aims to expand her team to over 1,000 members by 2025, impacting more young professionals with real market knowledge. She is dedicated to dispelling misconceptions in the financial industry and providing practical approaches to complex concepts to help more people achieve genuine financial gains. She firmly believes that sincerity and attentiveness to clients are the foundation of lasting partnerships and continued success in the industry.
