Caidem Lau 以其坚韧不拔的精神和卓越的领导力，从事一名普通的小学教师八年后，决定改变自己的人生道路，从事寿险业务和另外一半携手同行奋斗打拼六年后，成为保险业杰出的企业励志故事。他的努力不懈及拼搏的精神，让他逐步在竞争激烈的众多保险业中崭露头角，成为马来西亚保险界的象征领袖之一。
Caidem Lau职业生涯始于2006年，当时由于家庭经济状况不佳的情况下，他未能进入私立大学深造，转而选择政府提供的教师培训项目，他不仅因此获得了津贴，解决了生活开支问题。经过三年的培训学习，他顺利获得马来西亚教育文凭，并且在吉隆坡雪州一所华小开启了教育教学生涯。
虽然教学工作稳定，但Caidem内心怀揣着更大的梦想。2013年，他偶然在《星洲日报》看到一则招聘保险代理员的广告，提到全职代理人的底薪制度，这是当时保险行业的全新尝试，也激发了他的兴趣。当时他并没有立即辞职，而是鼓励太太加入该行业。经过两年的观察和太太的成功表现，Caidem于2016年底辞去教师工作，正式进入保险行业，并在2017年成为AIA的全职代理。转换跑道后，Caidem面临诸多挑战，他必须学会与客户沟通，建立关系，完成销售。但同时，他也意识到保险行业不仅是工作，它更是一项全新创业的新事业，需要投入大量时间和精力去经营和学习。
Caidem的团队在2022年荣获AIA全南马Top Life Insurance冠军、MDRT Builder冠军，并成为AIA全马MDRT Builder团队季军。Caidem个人也连续四年达成MDRT的荣誉（2020-2023），成为百万业绩团队的领导之一。这些成绩源自他始终保持的“归零心态”，每天从零开始，不断学习和进步。他认为，成功需要长期的投入，坚持做对的事，选择对的公司、团队，才能实现梦想。展望未来，Caidem计划与太太携手，壮大团队规模至百人以上，继续栽培优秀人才并保持全国领先地位。他希望在寿险行业中发挥领导作用，帮助更多马来西亚人获得财富保障，同时招募更多优秀人才加入团队，协助有志之士实现财务自由，提升生活水平。
Caidem Lau’s journey is a story of resilience and exceptional leadership. After working as a primary school teacher for eight years, he decided to change his career path, joining the life insurance industry alongside his wife. Through six years of hard work and determination, Caidem rose to prominence in the competitive insurance sector, becoming a symbolic leader in Malaysia’s insurance industry.
Caidem’s career began in 2006 when, due to financial constraints, he opted for a government teacher training program instead of pursuing higher education at a private university. After three years of training, he obtained his teaching diploma and began his teaching career in Kuala Lumpur.
In 2013, a newspaper advertisement for insurance agents offering a salary-based position caught his attention. This was a novel concept in the industry, and he encouraged his wife to join first. Observing her success, Caidem switched to the insurance industry in late 2016, becoming a full-time agent at AIA in 2017. Despite facing challenges, he embraced the new career with dedication and effort.
By 2022, Caidem’s team won multiple awards, including the AIA Top Life Insurance Champion in Southern Malaysia and the MDRT Builder Champion. Personally, he achieved MDRT recognition for four consecutive years (2020-2023). Looking ahead, Caidem aims to expand his team to over 100 members, fostering talent and maintaining a leading position in the industry. He continues to seek new talents, helping individuals achieve financial freedom and improve their quality of life.
