早期，Eugene曾担任马来西亚圣约翰救护机构的领导，具备医疗教育背景和丰富的应急处理经验。在一次协助组织活动的机缘巧合之下，让他发现了自己的策划天赋，萌生创业的念头。凭借在医疗行业累积的危机处理能力和领导能力，他在活动策划的首秀中取得佳绩，从此踏上商业征程。他集结了一群来自不同背景的人才，组建一支综合实力强劲的团队，迅速在竞争激烈的市场中崭露头角。自创立以来，Zeo Asia已完成超过500场活动，为 Prudential、Top Glove 等知名品牌提供了优质的品牌推广和服务。

Eugene Wong, a versatile all-rounder in event planning, has transformed Zeo Asia into Malaysia’s leading event planning company. With a keen business sense and exceptional execution, he has led Zeo Asia, one of the few ISO 9001-certified event planning companies, from a small-scale operation to a diversified platform spanning marketing, concept planning, F&B, and media. Having crossed over from the medical field, Eugene’s innovative approach has earned him consecutive Malaysia Top 50 Emerging Entrepreneur Awards.
With a medical background and extensive emergency response experience from leading the St. John
Ambulance of Malaysia, Eugene discovered his knack for event planning while assisting in an event. This sparked his entrepreneurial journey. Leveraging his crisis
management skills from healthcare, he successfully executed his first event and founded Zeo Asia. With a diverse team, Zeo Asia has completed over 500 events for renowned brands like Prudential and Top Glove.
During the pandemic, Eugene and his team demonstrated exceptional resilience and adaptability by organizing various healthcare events, including vaccine centers and medical seminars. This earned Zeo Asia significant social recognition and client trust. With a strong brand reputation and quality service, Zeo Asia has won numerous awards, including the Asia Honesty Award.
