1. Why did you choose to enter the real estate industry?
2. What are the entry standard for entering this industry?
Join a Real Estate Agency, then to complete a 2-days course called the Negotiator’s Certification Course. Study and know more about the current market. Do attend more trainings, get personal coaching from your leader and learn about social medias branding and promoting.
3. What qualities do you think a real estate agent should possess to succeed in this industry?
An agent should first love their career & enjoy what are they doing. With a genuine mindset, it will surely lead you to help more families to own their home.
4. How did you stand out in the industry and make customers to choose you?
Always made a good impression on customers. Adding value to your service, develop the customer relationships and never do hard selling. Create your own branding and let more people know about you.
5. In your personal sales career, what has left you with impressive memories?
My very first transaction brings back one of the best memories. Started with fresh zero experience, every single process was very new. I’ve learnt a lot from my leader, handling both seller and buyer with some happy, perhaps some difficult moment throughout the whole process. Finally, when it’s time for the buyer to receive the house key, looking at those happy faces, it turns out to be beautiful unforgettable moment.

I would like to thank my director Sr Firdaus Musa and my agency for the great platform helping to shape my career success and professional life. To my HOD , great leader CC Nooris, you’re the best. Thanks for your constant support and guidance, I appreciate all of your effort in making me who I am today. Also my great team FARE STARS. Special thanks to my family members and loved ones for all the love and unconditional support over the years.
7. How do you lead the team and make it easier for team members to succeed in this industry?
Positive leaders empower people to accomplish their goals. I believe teamwork is very important in a team, a good leader creates a great team.
8. How should a new real estate agent choose a real estate agency?
Choose a good agency and a good leader to follow. I prefer an agency where i can perform from zero to hero. Where I can grow personally, professionally and financially and more create more successful young agents.
9. Technology is changing the world, what real estate agent should do?
Create Facebook or website branding of yourself. Use video editing and marketing templates tool to attract more customers. Adapt to virtual viewing & online closing culture as well.
10. What are your personal plans for the future?
Becoming one of the famous successful Real Estate leader & team throughout Malaysia. Inspire others to dream more, learn more and earn more! Let people know what is the Beauty of the Property World.
11. Are there any problems in this industry that you feel obligated to let the public or those who want to enter this industry need to pay attention?
Common for new real estate agent get into this industry with a mindset of “I will be having a lot of time doing this job”. They have to know, early stage in this industry you will need to grind long hours, learn more on the sales process, meet more people, keep up with today’s technology and attend more trainings. With all the efforts, dedication, experience learned, and push through the challenging days, one will surely become a successful Real estate agent!
